BLACKFIN NEWSROOM

The identity of Blackfin Pacific evolves through design.

The pursuit of excellence is also expressed through subtle refinements: a recalibrated proportion, a surface that reflects light differently, a profile that marries aesthetics and functionality. This vision guides the evolution of Blackfin Pacific, with the introduction of two new mid-size styles, Altadena and Niles, available in both optical and sun versions, the latter featuring gradient lenses that complement the line's exploration of color.

The stylistic evolution of the two frames is reflected in a new temple design, distinguished by a more assertive shape and meticulous attention to surfaces and finishes. The profile broadens near the hinge, creating a new area for aesthetic expression, before tapering into the distinctive, slim lines that define Pacific. A detail that lends fresh character to the frame while also enhancing its stability.

Altadena interprets this vision through a sophisticated oval silhouette, enhanced by the new shiny copper gold colorway, whose warm, luminous reflections accentuate its contours. With its more squared shape, Niles explores the interplay between surfaces and treatments. Anodized temples are paired with a front in matte colors, offering different interpretations of the same geometry.

An identity that evolves through design. Blackfin Pacific refines its aesthetic language through new proportions and an increasingly sophisticated approach to color. The pursuit of a premium product translates into tangible design choices: details that enrich each frame and express Blackfin's design maturity, even in its most essential forms. This ongoing evolution takes shape within the Black Shelter, the sustainable headquarters where design, materials and Italian expertise come together to conceive, develop and manufacture every Blackfin frame.
