In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, Pramaor Srl provides internal reporting channels through which internal or external individuals, linked to the Organization by employment or business relationships, can report, having become aware of them in the workplace, the violations referred to in the art. 2, paragraph 1, letter a), numbers 3), 4), 5), 6) of the Legislative Decree. 24/2023.
The management of reports is regulated by the Whistleblowing Procedure, which is referred to (https://whistleblowing-blackfin.digimog.it/#/).
In any case, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and of the other individuals indicated by Legislative Decree 24/2023 is guaranteed, to whom all the protections and limitations of liability provided for by the decree itself apply. It is prohibited to adopt any type of retaliatory act against them.
